What an amazing place. First time i did grey blending so obviously I was nervous not knowing what to expect. Renato explained options clearly, kept my base and added soft seamless highlights so that maintenance could be kept at a minimum. Hair feels so healthy and his cut has great shape and movement. Ive already booked my next two appointments. Thank you Renato!

Had an amazing experience at Fortelli Oakville! Daniella truly listened to my concerns about my dry, damaged hair, gave me detailed advice, and delivered the perfect cut and blow dry. The Davines treatment she recommended made an instant difference-my hair feels soft, looks healthy, and smells amazing! Renato was also so helpful when I called beforehand. Luxury feel, generous use of products, and great attention to detail (including heat protection before blowdrying). Highly recommend!

Always a pleasure to go to Fortelli. I adore the downtown location on Lakshore- upscale and still friendly small-town. Melissa is such a sweetie - so personable and very caring with top quality colour and cutting skills, not to mention beautiful blow dry and finishing. Approachable owner checking in on everyone provides the professional sincere touch. I love the relaxing vibe and always leave feeling pampered and pretty.

I wanted to say how much I love this salon. I went in for a consultation with Renato to review my options with black hair. My appointment went as promised and even better. I came out with a beautiful Brunette color w/bayalage. A true transformation. Renato and his staff are caring and friendly. True workmanship. Beautiful salon Highly recommended !! They have the hair extensions in the store, they have so much supply and are very professional and knowledgeable. The man who did my hair was so good at it, so fast, and he did NOT have a lot to work with. After less than 3 hours my terrible haircut was fully invisible and I had long, beautiful, perfectly blended extensions. I’d never had extensions before so I shopped around before choosing this salon, they have the best price for the best quality of service.

My hair and colour looked great! Maggie is amazing, it felt good to get a cut and colour after many months. The salon was clean and you felt comfortable in there with your coat covered in plastic and the staff always cleaning.

It's an amazing salon. I just say my hair were very dry, frizzy and not at all manageable. They did an excellent job and exactly made it look the way I imagined.. I can't expressed my love enough for this hair cut. Thanks you very much Fortelli salon!!

After years of searching for a studio with skilled staff and high quality hair products, Fortelli hits the mark. I’ve been a client for the past 5 years and have *never* had a bad experience. I have long, very dark hair with layers of color on it, but when I decided to go lighter, Melissa took me down without compromising the integrity of my hair and achieved the exact look I was going for. The time is taken to really listen and consult before each appointment. I visit every 6 weeks, not because I need to, but because it is truly a great, relaxing experience and they keep my hair looking fresh and super healthy.

Love Fortelli’s staff is wonderful and I’m never disappointed with my hair style! Really great people!
