Had my hair done by Renato and I couldnt be happier. He did a beautiful job with grey blending. The color loos so soft and blends beautifully. My hair feels healthy and is alot easier to style now. Renato really listened to what I wanted and I highly recommend him.

What an amazing place. First time i did grey blending so obviously I was nervous not knowing what to expect. Renato explained options clearly, kept my base and added soft seamless highlights so that maintenance could be kept at a minimum. Hair feels so healthy and his cut has great shape and movement. Ive already booked my next two appointments. Thank you Renato!

The Davines treatment she recommended made an instant difference-my hair feels soft, looks healthy, and smells amazing! Renato was also so helpful when I called beforehand. Luxury feel, generous use of products, and great attention to detail (including heat protection before blowdrying). Highly recommend!

Always a pleasure to go to Fortelli. I adore the downtown location on Lakshore- upscale and still friendly small-town. Melissa is such a sweetie - so personable and very caring with top quality colour and cutting skills, not to mention beautiful blow dry and finishing. Approachable owner checking in on everyone provides the professional sincere touch. I love the relaxing vibe and always leave feeling pampered and pretty.

I have been going to Fortelli Salon for 6 years now and I am always so happy after every appointment! I get my extensions done there and I am always so amazed at the meticulous care Renato applies when putting them in - making them look so natural and beautiful. A definite confident booster! The entire team of hairstylists at the salon are so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this salon if you’re looking for the best hair care experience!

I wanted to say how much I love this salon. I went in for a consultation with Renato to review my options with black hair. My appointment went as promised and even better. They have the hair extensions in the store, they have so much supply and are very professional and knowledgeable. The man who did my hair was so good at it, so fast, and he did NOT have a lot to work with. After less than 3 hours my terrible haircut was fully invisible and I had long, beautiful, perfectly blended extensions. I’d never had extensions before so I shopped around before choosing this salon, they have the best price for the best quality of service.
